Once your episode is complete, you can publish the episode directly to your Libsyn account. You can decide whether or not you want your episode published as a draft or as a live episode.
It's simplest if you sign into your Libsyn account in another browser window before you begin this setup.
Integrate your Alitu Account with your Libsyn Account
Click on 'Show Settings', select 'Show Hosting' and click on 'I use Libsyn':
Log into Libsyn using the pop-up window:
On the next screen, click 'Yes' to accept the connection between Alitu and Libsyn:
You will now see a confirmation page that your hosting is being managed by Libsyn:
Now, if you click on the Publish page for the episode you want to publish, you can click on 'Send to Libsyn' to publish your episode to that account:
Select your show and decide whether you want to Send as Save as Draft or Send and Publish:
That's it. Your episode will be uploaded directly to your Libsyn dashboard.
Note: Libsyn has a limit on the number of characters you can include in your episode description in order to publish from Alitu. If you see an error message about your episode failing to validate, this is likely the cause. If you shorten your episode description and try to publish again, it should be successful.
