We recommend that everyone use the Chrome browser because there are some features in Alitu that's aren't supported by other browsers, like Safari.
Clearing your cache can also solve the following problems:
Episodes not loading
Blank screen
Error messages
This would ensure that your browser has the latest update.
Here are the instructions for clearing your Chrome cache:
Option 1
In the top left corner of the Chrome menu, click 'Clear Browsing Data':
Then follow these steps:
Select the time range depending on how much cache you want to clear
Select the 'Cached images and files" option
Click the 'Clear data' button to clear your cache
Option 2
1. Open the Alitu app website https://app.alitu.com/ or login to your Alitu account.
2. Press the right key from your mouse and then choose ‘Inspect’ if you’re on MacOS or ‘Inspect Element’ for Windows OS.
3. Right-click on the ‘Reload’ icon and then choose ‘Empty Cache and Hard Reload’.
You’re good to go!
