We recommend that everyone use the Chrome browser because there are some features in Alitu that aren't supported by other browsers, like Safari.
Why you should clear your cache and cookies
Clearing your cache and cookies can solve the following problems:
Episodes not loading
Blank screen
Error messages
Clearing your cache also ensures that your browser has the latest Alitu updates.
How to clear cache in Chrome
In the top left corner of the Chrome menu, click 'Delete Browsing Data':
Then follow these steps:
Select the time range depending on how much cache you want to clear
Select the cookies and other site data option
Select the Cached images and files option
Click the 'Delete data' button to clear your cache & cookies
Alternative method to clear cache
1. Open the Alitu app website https://app.alitu.com/ or login to your Alitu account.
2. Press the right key from your mouse (right click) and then choose ‘Inspect’ if you’re on MacOS or ‘Inspect Element’ for Windows OS.
3. Right-click on the ‘Reload’ icon and then choose ‘Empty Cache and Hard Reload’.
