Ideally, when you visit Settings > Import Podcast, everything goes smoothly with your import. In some rare cases, you will get an error message when you try to import your RSS feed. These are usually errors within the feed itself.

To resolve this, copy your current RSS feed (from your current host, not Alitu) and paste it into the Podbase Podcast Validator website:

Once you've entered your feed, you will see the results of the check including any items you need to update/fix. The errors you may see can relate to artwork size, categories, or other podcast details. We based all our podcast categories on the official Apple Podcasts categories.

Once you've fixed the items in your current hosting account, add your feed to the Podbase website again to make sure everything has been updated.

Once this validation is successful, you can add the feed into Alitu again by navigating to Settings > Import Podcast.
