How to Pause Your Subscription
If you need to take a temporary break and want to pause your subscription for 1-3 months, you can click the ‘Pause subscription’ button on your My Account page:
Once your pause period has passed, your billing will resume automatically.
You can choose to pause for 1, 2, or 3 months. Once that period of time has passed, your billing will resume automatically. The advantage of pausing versus cancelling is that you retain the price you had when you paused your account and return to an active subscription without having to do anything. If you cancel and return, you will pay the current price when you create your new subscription.
You can only pause a monthly subscription, not an annual subscription.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel, simply go to your My Account page, and you’ll find all of your account details there, including a button to cancel your subscription:
We will ask you a quick question about why you're leaving because we're always looking to improve the Alitu experience.
If you change your mind, you can click 'Go Back' to keep your subscription.
Please be sure to cancel your subscription at least two days before the renewal date to avoid being billed.
Be sure to click through all the screens until you see a cancellation confirmation screen. You must complete all the steps to complete the cancellation process to ensure you will not be billed again.
Once you submit your cancellation, your subscription will not renew but you will still have access to Alitu until the end of your current billing period. So, if your last payment was just a few days ago, you’ll still be able to use Alitu for the rest of that billing period before your subscription and access to Alitu end.
How to Return to Alitu
You will always be welcome back! We’ll keep your files for 3 months so when you’re ready to come back, just login and choose a new subscription.
If you've been gone for over 3 months, your files will have been deleted and you will need to start over creating a new account and assets to use inside Alitu.
