Are you moving from another host to Alitu? If so, DO NOT submit your podcast to directories again as this will result in duplicate entries. See how to set up a 301 redirect instead.
You can easily find the link to submit your podcast to Spotify in the Alitu dashboard under Settings > Podcast Distribution tab
Click the Connect with Spotify button
Log in to Spotify for Podcasters with your Spotify account, or choose SIGN UP if you don’t have a Spotify account yet.
Once you’re signed in, click Your Dashboard from this page https://podcasters.spotify.com/dash/submit
Click the GET STARTED button
Paste in your Alitu RSS feed and hit NEXT
Click Send code and Spotify will send a verification email to the address in your RSS feed. Copy the 8-digit code from that email and paste in the submit form.
Add podcast info like the category, language, and country.
Review the info then click SUBMIT.
Once you click SUBMIT, Spotify will provide your podcast’s Spotify URL. It can take a couple of days for your podcast to show in the app and search results.
You need to have published an episode in Alitu before you can submit your RSS feed to Spotify.
Note: If you ever make a mistake (or want to update your podcast artwork, show description, etc.,) and need to submit your feed to Spotify again, navigate to the Spotify Podcaster portal at https://podcasters.spotify.com and re-submit your RSS feed there. Be careful to make all the changes you need to at one time because Spotify currently has a limit on the number of times you can resubmit your feed (5) before they will need to update your feed manually from their end.
