Understanding the My Episodes page

The "My Episodes" page is where you add new episodes, as well as view and manage all the episodes you’ve already created.

Updated over a month ago

The My Episodes page provides an overview of your episodes, including key details and their status. The screen displays up to 10 episodes per page for easy navigation.

Here’s what you'll find on this page:

Add an Episode

You can create a new episode. Click the '+ Add an episode' button at the top right corner of the page.

Episode Status

Here are the different episode statuses:

  1. Draft. This means your episode is incomplete. Click the ‘Build my episode’ button inside the Episode Builder to complete the episode.

  2. Processing. This means Alitu is doing all the magic in the background by cleaning up and combining your files together.

  3. Updating. This means you updated your episode details, not the recordings. Applicable for Alitu-hosted podcasts only.

  4. Ready. Your episode is ready for export or publication. Click the ‘Publish’ button to export or publish.

  5. Published. Your episode was published to your chosen host

Episode Filtering

You can filter episodes by status using the top navigation options: All Episodes, Drafts, Processing, and Processed (Published or Ready).

Episode Search Bar

Search for an episode by typing a keyword from the episode title that you’re looking for.

Episode Sorting

This tool helps you sort episodes based on your preference. You can sort by:

newest to oldest (created date)
oldest to newest (created date)

name A-Z
name Z-A
